This unique Client Development position will be responsible for Customer Service and Client annual reviews. We are seeking an individual that is motivated, passionate, self-driven, and enjoys building strong relationships within the community and helping people by doing meaningful work that makes a difference for our clients.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Customer Service requests from current book of business
Policy Reviews of current clients
Marketing/Sales Support as needed
Job Requirements:
Must have a Minnesota Property and Casualty Insurance License or be willing to obtain one.
Must have a minimum of 2 years insurance experience in the independent market.
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Caring, compassionate and driven to fulfill customers needs
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
