About Us
At Burnham Law, we are committed to providing the highest level of excellence in client representation while fostering a workplace that values professionalism, autonomy, collaboration, and work-life balance. We believe that exceptional client service starts with a supported and motivated team, and we are proud to create an environment where employees can grow, contribute, collaborate, and succeed.
About the Role
In this full-time role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support, guiding them through the intake process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You'll help potential new clients (PNCs) feel heard and supported during one of the most challenging moments of their lives while helping our firm deliver the excellence and integrity we're known for. We understand that everyone works differently. That's why after a successful training and onboarding period (completed on-site), you'll have the option to work fully remotely or adopt a hybrid schedule, depending on your preference and performance. Either way, you'll be supported by a collaborative, mission-driven team that values your contribution and helps you thrive.
Burnham Law Firm is excited to invite a dedicated and compassionate Client Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the first voice potential clients hear, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals through the beginning of their legal journey. In this fast-paced environment, you'll leverage your organizational skills and empathetic communication to answer inquiries, gather essential case information, and facilitate consultations with our attorneys. Your ability to build rapport will help clients feel understood during challenging times, ensuring they receive the support they need. You will manage lead information within our Intakes systems, follow up on leads, and collaborate effectively with our team for seamless transitions to representation.
If you thrive on connecting with people and are passionate about contributing to a mission-driven legal practice, we encourage you to apply and make a meaningful impact!
To excel as a Client Development Specialist at Burnham Law Firm, candidates must possess a unique blend of skills and experiences. You should be comfortable managing high volumes of phone and email communication while remaining organized and detail-oriented. Proficiency in G-Suite and legal intake tools is required, or you must be eager to learn these systems quickly. Self-motivation, reliability, and adaptability to shifting priorities are crucial for success in this dynamic role.
