Client Development Coordinator (Transactional)
Houston, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
$90K-$102K + bonus
We're partnering with a leading professional services firm to hire a Client Development Coordinator supporting transactional practice groups (Corporate, Tax, Real Estate, Global Projects). This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow in business development within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Support business development initiatives across transactional teams
Assist with RFPs, proposals, and marketing materials
Coordinate client events, conferences, and speaking engagements (virtual & onsite)
Manage logistics for conferences (travel, materials, coordination)
Partner with attorneys and internal teams (marketing, rankings, submissions)
Conduct research to support strategic BD efforts
Track projects and help keep initiatives organized and on schedule
Maintain marketing collateral, CRM data, and internal communications
What We're Looking For
1-3+ years in business development, marketing, or coordinator role
Experience in law firm or professional services preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable handling both administrative and project-based work
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Proactive, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
Nice to Have
Exposure to transactional/deal-related work
Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems
