Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Insurance License: Must obtain a Life Insurance License prior to starting (the cost is fully reimbursed).

- Team-Oriented: Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable with technology, including answering calls, using agency software, and navigating different systems.

Pay range and compensation package: Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
