Client Care Operations Specialist

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 pm - 5:00 pm
A day in this role
You clock in and the service line lights up. A customer has a question about an order— you pull up their account, make quick, accurate updates, and confirm next steps with a calm, helpful tone. Another ticket needs attention; you coordinate with operations and service teammates to get answers fast. Throughout your shift, you keep records tidy, document resolutions, and make sure every interaction ends with clarity and care.
What you’ll handle
Answer inbound calls to support orders, product questions, and general requests
Enter, update, and verify information in company systems
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
Collaborate closely with operations and service teams to follow through on solutions
Maintain accurate notes, records, and documentation
What helps you succeed
Stable recent work history (required)
Clear communication, reliability, and a customer-first mindset
Comfort with basic computer tasks (data entry and system navigation)
Ability to balance multiple requests and stay organized
Background in warehouse, retail, food service, or production is welcomed
