Agape Child & Family Services has a current opening for a Client Care Coordinator. This position provides direct communication and coordination support to individuals and families engaged with Agape programs. The role focuses on assisting with service coordination, participant communication, follow-ups, and ensuring a positive and organized client experience.
This is a fully remote, entry-level part-time position designed for individuals who are compassionate, organized, and strong in communication.
The role supports consistent and professional client interaction across Agape’s family and community service programs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Coordination
• Assist individuals and families with general program-related inquiries
• Provide clear and professional information about available services
• Support coordination of participant needs and service connections
• Help ensure clients are guided through appropriate next steps
Communication & Follow-Up
• Respond to routine client messages via phone, email, or virtual platforms
• Conduct follow-ups to support engagement and service continuity
• Maintain accurate communication records and updates
• Ensure timely and professional responses to client needs
Administrative Support
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Assist with data entry and system updates
• Support preparation of basic client summaries and reports
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all records
Coordination Support
• Assist with scheduling appointments and program-related sessions
• Support internal coordination between staff and client services
• Help track participant engagement and service progress
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience Level:
• Entry-level position (no prior experience required)
Training:
• Paid training provided upon onboarding
Preferred (not required):
• Experience in customer service, client support, healthcare support, nonprofit services, or administrative coordination

$24 – $29 per hour
