Home Instead® is seeking a compassionate and relationship-focused Client Care Advisor to support seniors and their families throughout the care journey.


This position combines client care coordination, consultative sales, and community relationship-building. The Client Care Advisor conducts care consultations, develops individualized care plans, performs ongoing quality assurance visits, and helps families navigate care solutions with confidence.

The CCA ensures high quality care, client satisfaction & retention as well as leveraging opportunities to grow service hours.


The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, working independently in the field, and helping families find the right support for their loved ones.

This is a field-based position serving North Kitsap County, including Poulsbo, Kingston, Bainbridge Island, Hansville, and North Silverdale, with some remote administrative work available.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Respond to service inquiries with professionalism and compassion.
  • Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a care plan.
  • Maintain detailed records with strict attention to client privacy.
  • Update client’s plan of care to as needed to accommodate changing needs.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication.
  • Work closely with Care Pros to troubleshoot challenges and assess care plans.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance visits.
  • Organize and manage prospective client information.
  • Support sales growth through goal tracking and performance monitoring.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the community.
  • Collaborate with team members to represent the Home Instead brand and deliver high quality care.

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in business or sales, consultative sales experience a plus.
  • Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Skills for Success: Strong communication, organizational skills, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening activities.

 

Experience:

  • Client Care: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of SalesForce (Preferred)
  • Health Care Experience 2 years (Highly Preferred)

 

Work Location: Focus is North Kitsap County (North Silverdale, Bainbridge Island, Hansville, Poulsbo, Kingston)
