Job Description
The Client Brand Manager serves as the primary strategic lead for assigned client engagements, ensuring high-quality execution, performance, and client satisfaction. This individual partners closely with internal specialists across multiple digital marketing channels and maintains a strong mid-level client relationship.
This is a part-time, contract role (approximately 20 hours/week) that can be performed remotely from any location.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Client & Account Leadership
Own the overall success of assigned client engagements, balancing performance, budget, and client expectations
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance performance, expand scope, or introduce innovative solutions
Manage client satisfaction by aligning delivery to clearly defined expectations
Strategic Oversight
Oversee day-to-day performance of digital marketing programs, including paid media, search, and online initiatives
Review and guide strategic recommendations such as bidding strategies, creative direction, and optimization plans
Evaluate campaign data and analytics to inform performance improvements and strategic pivots
Team & Project Management
Coordinate and oversee work completed by specialists and project managers across marketing channels
Assign project tasks, clarify scope and timelines, and ensure alignment with allocated budgets
Monitor time and effort against project constraints and communicate risks or adjustments proactively
