A Client Associate services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities: • Educate clients on account services and capabilities • Input data in to financial planning tools • Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings • Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests
Key Deliverables: • Leverage communications channels to enhance relationships with clients • Maintain management systems with up to date client information • Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials • Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities • Identify service opportunities for clients • Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector • Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on Finance • Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills • Detail oriented (nothing gets past you) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
