    As a Client Associate, you will be the primary guide for clients on their financial journey, helping them understand their options, make confident decisions, and put clear plans into action.     What You'll Do

    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by proactively engaging to understand their financial goals, concerns, and needs.
    • Guide clients through financial strategies, investments, and planning concepts in clear, accessible language.
    • Use online tools and training resources to deliver a seamless remote experience and keep client information organized and accurate.
    • Develop tailored recommendations that exceed client expectations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and ideas in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Consistently maintain a client satisfaction score of 95% or higher through responsiveness, clarity, and follow-through.
    • Resolve at least 90% of client issues or questions within 24 hours of first contact.
    • Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in client records, documentation, and follow-up actions.
    • Actively participate in team discussions and regularly present practical suggestions that improve client experience or internal processes.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in simple terms.
