- Support the team’s daily workflow so client needs can be handled without delays.
- Use the right tools, follow process steps, and handle routine service work with care.
- Help production and client service teammates by preparing accurate documents and keeping work organized.
- Your work will help clients get clear, timely support.
Required:
- High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing client relationships.

- Ability to keep records, documents, and data accurate.
