The Senior Sales Agent works directly with clients to assess their financial situation and guide them through lending and debt restructuring options. This role requires professionalism, strong consultative selling skills, and strict adherence to compliance standards.
Agents are expected to operate with accountability, manage pipelines effectively, and consistently work assigned leads to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct consultative sales conversations using approved scripting • Educate clients on unsecured loan options and debt restructuring solutions • Manage and advance sales pipelines to drive efficiency and close rates • Make outbound calls to assigned and new application leads • Perform consistent and timely follow up with prospects • Maintain accurate CRM notes, stages, and account documentation • Adhere to all company, state, and federal compliance requirements • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics • Operate effectively in a fast paced, high volume call environment
What We Are Looking For
• Strong sales closers with confidence and discipline • Prior experience in lending, debt restructuring, debt resolution, or similar regulated financial services • Solid understanding of compliance and consumer credit standards • Professional phone presence and clear communication skills • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to manage multiple files daily • Team oriented mindset with a drive to grow and improve • Willingness to support business needs, including occasional Saturdays as required
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced sales environment
• Minimum of 1 year in the lending or debt restructuring industry to be considered
