Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager with a strong background in IT Recruitment to drive business development and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT recruitment, along with proven expertise in acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and identifying staffing opportunities across various industries.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills, along with a deep understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, rates, and terms with clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and hiring demands within the IT industry.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Prepare business reports, client updates, and sales forecasts for management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or account management within recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Experience working with direct clients, MSP/VMS environments is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong networking and lead generation abilities.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and ATS platforms.
  • Knowledge of US IT Recruitment market is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field preferred.
