Position Profile

Weaver is looking for a Client Acceptance Administrator to join our Client Account Team. The Client Acceptance Admin will have experience reviewing, correcting, and collating information about company customers and vendors to ensure data accuracy and usability by company leadership and decision-makers.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • 2+ years of experience in a public accounting or professional services environment, with a focus on client management, risk assessment, or compliance
  • Strong understanding of the client onboarding process, conflict checks, and risk assessment protocols
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leaders, clients, and staff
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with accounting software
  • Experience with using public and private databases for research

Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
