Responsible for daily operation of a multi-line phone system answering and transferring all calls to Northern Montana Hospital NMH and Northern Montana Care Center NMCC whenever switchboard area on third floor is not covered by PBX operator. Provides a visitor friendly atmosphere in the admissions area assisting all patients visitors and co-workers who have questions or concerns.
