We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to support the Business Support Team within our Families First Front Door Service.

  • The ideal candidate would also have the following desirable qualifications and knowledge:
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Experience of working in a clerical or administrative environment.
  • Experience of working in a team.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3.
  • Knowledge of data bases and recording such Eclipse/Care First or such like
  • Clerical officers will all undertake a range of generic clerical work.
  • There are a number of more specialist tasks which all clerical staff will be expected to undertake.

The Role requires the candidate to search through a variety of different systems to identify families, summarise historical involvement with Services and add Contact Records to our system.

The candidate must be able to self-motivate, follow process accurately and work within a busy team.

The team work 8am-8pm and we would welcome applicants who can work within these times.
