Back Office Operations Support Specialist (Accounts Payable)
Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Support Specialist. This role is responsible for the timely processing of work items received through various channels, including system cases, email, and paper mail. The position demands acute attention to detail, effective time management, and clear communication with peers, customers, and internal partners to manage a high volume of work, which can range from 5,000 to 25,000 items per month. The role involves extensive research and may require outbound calls.

Required Qualifications
Education: A high school diploma is required.
Experience: One year of job experience in Accounts Receivable or Banking is preferred.
Skills: Candidates should possess excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. The role also requires analytical skills and adaptability to change.
