Clerical Assistant Requirements:

• Required: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant, clerical assistant, office assistant, or receptionist.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a busy office environment.

Clerical Assistant Job Duties:

• Provide administrative, clerical, and general office support in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer phones, assist customers, and manage data entry, filing, and document organization.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoices, estimates, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to support daily office operations.
