Cleanroom Sanitation Worker

Nesco Resource is looking for Cleanroom Sanitation Worker in Brookfield, CT. This is a 3 week temp assignment opportunity for the right candidate. Duration of assignment could extend past 3 weeks with the possibility of being converted, but no guarantees.

Schedule: Monday- Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour

Position Summary:
This role is based primarily in a cleanroom environment, requiring full cleanroom attire (gown, boots, hair/beard net, PPE). The position involves cleaning and packaging a wide range of high-tech transport and packaging materials.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Clean, assemble, and package customer-owned or ordered products per industry standards and company procedures.
• Adhere to company, OSHA, and cleanroom safety and quality guidelines.
• Operate cleanroom equipment such as sealers, UV/white light systems, pump jack tables, vacuums, tape dispensers, computers, and crane winches.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Report defective materials and communicate issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks as needed.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Prior cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle small, delicate components.
• Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Comfortable using cleanroom tools and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
