    Frasier is seeking a dependable, service-oriented, and motivated Cleaning Technician to join our Environmental Services team.

    In this versatile role, you’ll support the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our community through a combination of custodial services, floor care, housekeeping, and laundry support. No two days are exactly the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and meaningful work that directly enhances the lives of our residents.

    OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU

    Pay Range: $19.80-$22.74 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30 pm

    WHAT YOU’LL OWN

    Keep Our Community Looking Its Best

    • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of resident, public, and service areas.
    • Perform routine, deep-cleaning, and project-based custodial tasks.
    • Respond to service requests and community needs with professionalism and urgency.
    • Support room setups, relocations, and special community activities.

    Deliver Exceptional Floor Care

    • Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
    • Complete carpet cleaning and extraction projects.
    • Perform scheduled maintenance to preserve the appearance and longevity of flooring surfaces.
    • Report equipment concerns and ensure tools remain in excellent working condition.

    Support Housekeeping & Laundry Operations

    • Clean and sanitize resident apartments, guest areas, and common spaces.
    • Support room turnover and readiness activities.
    • Provide laundry services including washing, drying, folding, sorting, and distribution of linens and resident clothing.
    • Follow infection control and sanitation procedures to protect resident health and safety.

    Build Relationships That Matter

    • Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and coworkers.
    • Collaborate across departments to support community operations.

    WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED

    • Customer focused — You provide friendly, professional service and enjoy helping others.
    • Detail-oriented — You take pride in delivering high-quality work and noticing what others may miss.
    • Adaptable and dependable — You handle changing priorities with a positive attitude.
    • Cleaning experience — Custodial, housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience is preferred.
    • Safety focused — You understand cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and infection control procedures.
    • Team player — You work well independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
    • Education & experience — High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Relevant environmental services training is a plus
