Main Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in a clean and orderly condition through vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sweeping
• Perform heavy-duty cleaning and regular maintenance tasks
• Clean and resupply restrooms, windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Engage in building security by checking and locking doors and inspecting electrical appliances
• Move equipment, supplies, and furniture as needed
• Report repair and maintenance needs to management
• Maintain and organize cleaning tools and equipment, including fumigant and insecticide spraying

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Cleaner/Janitor with strong knowledge of sanitation procedures
• Ability to respond quickly and multitask effectively
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
