Torrington Public Schools is seeking candidates for Elementary Teacher(s). Applicants must hold or be eligible for a valid State of Connecticut teaching certificate with appropriate elementary endorsement..
Elementary teachers are responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that support early literacy, numeracy, and social development. They assess student progress, communicate with parents, and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Additionally, they foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and a love of learning.

Vogel Wetmore Elementary School (grades K-3)
Torrington Intermediate School (grade 4)
