Classroom Floater

Working with children from infant to 5 years of age.

The Classroom Floater will provide essential support across classrooms and Before & After Care, assisting with daily routines and ensuring appropriate staff-to-child ratios are maintained throughout the day. The qualifications for this position include knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices, strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability to support multiple classrooms, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and co-workers.

ABILITY TO BE FLEXIBLE IS IMPORTANT!

• High school diploma (required)
• Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• A love for children and a nurturing spirit
• Dependability, flexibility, and a great team attitude

Salary range for this position will be $14-$16 per hour.
