As a member of the Talent Acquisition & Classification team, you''ll collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to provide expert guidance on job evaluation, position management, FLSA, and workforce planning. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to deepen their expertise in classification, organizational design, and HR consulting while making a meaningful impact within a leading academic medical research institution.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $60,000 - $61,000 annually.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
