Work involves assisting in preparing and maintaining job descriptions and the department's positions in PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management (HCM) Module. Employees at this level follow standard practices that do not require frequent supervision of details.Enters personnel actions related to reviews conducted by the classification and compensation team.Maintains documents on the HR programs SharePoint site.Assists analysts with position updates for career ladder promotions and other reviews.Updates organizational charts as needed.Creates and coordinates the publishing of the HRD job listing bimonthly or more frequently as directed.Maintains and updates HR Programs Section job aids, presentations, and othe reducaitonal and informational materials on a quarterly basis or in coordination with policy, procedure, or system changes; monitors internet/intranet content to include hyperlink testing and coordinates the publication of updates as required.Assists in preparing and maintaining job descriptions.Retrieves and maintains information and data from a variety of database systems.Monitors the group electronic mailbox to include responding to or forwarding questions, and creating, updating, or inactivating the department's positions.Coordinates the gathering, publishing, and storing of district and division organizational charts.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.Experience 2 years of experience in human resources support work. (Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent).Licenses and Certifications Valid driver's license.
