Position Summary

The Senior Classes Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in implementing the division's strategy. They will assist with Division Audits, CETs, Brand alignment/consistency and general field support for the Classes at Life Time. They will also oversee the direction of the Master Trainers for the Class Collection and will assist in education for NCOs and ongoing Performer development.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Complete division audits and CETs
  • Have simple, honest, timely, and clear discussions regarding developmental opportunities and strengths when supporting our Coaches and Leaders.
  • Supports with special projects
  • Assist with Brand Alignment strategy and execution
  • NCO and Performer Education
  • Lead Master Trainer team

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm manner
  • Ability to follow-through on deliverables and pay attention to details in the midst of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proven track record of handling high volume, concurrent requests from multiple stakeholders with successful outcomes
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Education:

  • 4-year degree in Fitness Education or related field

Years of Experience:

  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

  • n/a
