Beast Mode Truckin seeks experienced Class A OTR drivers and recent CDL graduates for over‑the‑road runs excluding the Northeast regional. Drivers will operate predominantly refrigerated (reefer) equipment with occasional dry‑van freight. Key responsibilities
Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
Transport refrigerated and dry freight on long‑haul routes (OTR, excluding the Northeast regional).
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care; promptly report maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork consistent with Hours of Service (HOS) and company policy.
Protect cargo integrity and follow securement and temperature‑control procedures for sensitive loads.
Provide professional customer service at delivery and pickup locations and communicate effectively with dispatch.
Compensation & benefits
Weekly Pay $1,400–$1,500 (varies by experience and miles).
Base pay per mile: $0.45–$0.55, depending on verified experience; paid weekly.

Paid orientation: 3 days at the nearest terminal.
Modern equipment: primarily refrigerated trailers and contemporary automatic tractors.
Schedule & equipment
OTR schedules with home approximately every 2–3 weeks, typically allowing 2–3 full days at home per cycle.
Day or night driving as required by route schedules.
Minimum qualifications
Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience in the last 12 months, or completion of a recognized CDL training program and acceptance into the company’s mentor program.
Hazmat endorsement required; must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already held.
No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
No DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last five years.
No major moving violations (e.g., excessive speeding, reckless driving, following too closely) in the last 12 months.
Must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test; drivers requiring SAP certification are not eligible.
Valid DOT medical card with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation.
Applicants terminated from their most recent two driving positions (Class A or B) for safety‑related reasons will not qualify.
Candidate profile
