Job Title: CDL Class B Conveyor Driver
Location: Youngstown, OH
Pay:
• $23-$28/hr (if you are crane certified you will be between $26-$28hr, drivers that complete the internal crane certification will get a $1 raise immediately upon certification)
- OT after 40
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Start Time: 7:00 AM
• End Time: 4:30 PM
• Typically working 8–10 hour days
• Occasional Saturday work during the summer (usually a half day)
Position Overview & Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Class B Conveyor Truck and Boom Truck
• Deliver roofing materials and tar within a 50-mile radius
• Unload shingles directly onto roofs using conveyor equipment
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed
• Stage and prepare truck for the next day's deliveries
• Maintain safe driving and delivery practices
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Valid CDL Class B License required (Class A accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year CDL driving experience
• Hazmat Endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Clean MVR preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Ability to lift, carry, and unload roofing materials
• Must be physically fit and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Drivers are working with roofing, siding and windows. Will also be delivering Tar which requires a Hazmat endorsement.
Candidates must be willing to obtain within 60 days of hire
