Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A local truck drivers with at least 6 months experience to operate intermodal drop-and-hook trailers from the Troutdale, OR terminal. This home-daily position provides predictable routes in the Portland/Troutdale area, competitive earnings, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.
Schedule & location
Based in Troutdale, OR; primary operations in Portland and surrounding areas.
Home daily. Day and night driving required; typical rotations Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat.
Three to six loads per shift; approximately 1,000–1,500 miles per week. Holidays off unless volunteering.
Compensation & benefits
$1,400–$1,800 a week (dependent on hours and load counts).
Pay options: $0.65 per mile or $23.00 per hour (driver choice).
$40 short-haul pay for loads under 50 miles (majority are short haul).
Performance bonus: $750 for every 50 customer deliveries/pickups (up to $5,000).
Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
Minimum qualifications
Valid Class A CDL; age 21 or older.
At least 6 months of recent, verifiable driving experience.
Reasonable driving record with no recent major violations; DUI convictions are disqualifying.
Stable employment history and ability to document recent work and training.
Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screening and required background checks.
Reside within approximately 25 miles of Troutdale, OR to maintain daily home time.
