Hiring for Class A drivers to join our team, offering competitive starting pay and excellent benefits.
- Starting Pay: Starting rate of $.73 CPM, with the potential to earn monthly bonuses between $.03-$.09 CPM on top of your base pay.
- Freight Details: Driver will have 100% no-touch freight and (70-80%) of drop and hook loads.
- Home Time: Driver will be home weekly for a 34-48 hour reset. While we Strive for weekends, the home time may vary depending on your location and delivery schedule.
- Earnings: Drivers average between $1400-$1750 per week, with the opportunity to earn more based on miles driven. Great thins is , you're guaranteed $1100 per week as long as you are available to work every day.
- Perks: After the 30 days, you are allowed to have riders . Health and vision insurance available after 30 days, while our 401K starts after 90 days. Also you will have a paid vacation : one week after one year, two weeks after two years, and three weeks after ten years.
Requirements:
- Driver Must be a Class A driver at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
- Must have a Clean driving record: No more than 3 non-major moving violations in the last three years, and no more than 4 in the last 5 years. No DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years, and no more than 2 preventable incidents/accidents in the last 3 years, or 4 in the last 5 years.
- No major moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 in the last 5 years. This includes prohibited use of a handheld device while driving a CMV, improper or erratic lane changes, following too closely, speeding violations, and no reckless driving in the last 5 years.
- We are looking for long-term drivers, no more than 4 jobs in the past 3 years!
- Maximum of one DUI in a lifetime (never in a CMV), must be in a personal motor vehicle (PMV), and must be over 8 years old.
