Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).

The Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35.
- Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT medical card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum three months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Experience — Trainees (Entry-Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
