Job Summary

365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations in the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35) and is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals to operate from our Huntsville, AL area operations. We offer consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time. Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking in the Huntsville region, and comprehensive benefits to support time on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
• Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out after 3 months).
• Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
• Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

The Route & Equipment

• Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35 with operations routed from the Huntsville, AL area.
• Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
• Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors; strict no slip-seating policy.
• Driver Comfort: All tractors equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight (drop-and-hook).
• Company Policies: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT Medical Card.
• Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• Experience — Trainees/Entry-Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor is provided, plus tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
