365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations serving the Harrisburg, PA area and the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35). We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals seeking a reliable, career-oriented driving position with consistent miles, newer equipment, secure terminal parking, and dependable home time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
- Practical Miles: 100% paid practical miles.
- Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective after 30 days of employment.

The Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes servicing routes east of I-35 with operations based to support drivers out of the Harrisburg, PA area.
- Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors with a strict no slip-seating policy.
- Driver Comfort: Tractors equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight (drop-and-hook).
- Company Programs: Pet and passenger rider programs supported from day one.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a current DOT Medical Card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Experience — Trainees (Entry-Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training provided with a dedicated mentor, plus tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
