- Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (eligible after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out after 3 months).
- 100% paid practical miles during training.

- Regional lanes operating east of I-35 with schedules emphasizing predictability for drivers operating from Erie, PA.
- Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset, returning to the Erie area.
- Assigned premium tractors (model years 2025–2026 Freightliner/Kenworth) with a strict no slip-seating policy.
- All tractors equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators for driver comfort.
- Freight: 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations.
- Company-supported pet and passenger rider programs available from day one.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and active DOT medical card.
- Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Trainee / Entry-Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are eligible. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
