The company seeks safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable, regional driving career with predictable miles, newer equipment, secure terminal parking near Columbia, and consistent weekly home time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
- Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out after 3 months).

The Route & Equipment
- Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes operating east of I‑35 with runs serving Columbia and the broader Eastern U.S. corridor.
- Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset.
- Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors; strict no slip‑seating policy.

- Freight Type: 100% no‑touch freight with drop‑and‑hook operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
- Records: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT Medical Card.
- Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
- Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome; up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
