Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
• Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out after 3 months).

The Route & Equipment

• Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35, operating from Charleston, SC.
• Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
• Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner/Kenworth tractors with a strict no slip‑seating policy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
• Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT Medical Card.
• Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor‑trailer experience.
• Experience — Entry‑Level Route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on‑the‑job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
