Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance commencing after 30 days of employment.

The Route & Equipment
Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes serving locations east of I‑35.
Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48‑hour weekend reset.
