Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team based out of Lexington, KY. This role offers consistent, high-value freight with a focus on safety and reliability. You will operate late-model, well-maintained equipment and enjoy a supportive, driver-first culture.
Localized Corridors & Routes
Your primary routes will cover the following corridors:
- Lexington to Louisville, KY
- Lexington to Cincinnati, OH
- Lexington to Nashville, TN
- Lexington to Indianapolis, IN
- Regional runs within a 300-mile radius of Lexington, KY
This regional focus minimizes time away from home and maximizes consistent miles.
Equipment
You will drive late-model fleet equipment less than 18 months old, including:
- 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
- Kenworth T680
- Volvo VNL 860
All trucks are equipped with modern safety features, automatic transmissions, and APUs.
Compensation & Weekly Scale
Target weekly earnings are structured around a ceiling of $1,750 per week. Pay is based on a combination of per-mile and per-stop rates, with consistent freight volumes ensuring you can achieve this target regularly.

Pet & Rider Policy

- Pet Policy: You may bring one well-behaved pet (dog or cat) with you on the truck. A refundable deposit and proof of vaccinations are required.
- Rider Policy: Approved riders (spouse, dependent, or authorized family member) are permitted after 30 days of employment. Riders must be at least 10 years old and comply with all safety guidelines.
Strict Safety Gate Requirements
To ensure the highest safety standards, you must meet the following criteria:
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- Zero DUIs in the last 5 years
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Comfortable with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and GPS navigation
