Every truck in this fleet is late-model (under 18 months old) and equipped with full aerodynamic packages, APU units, and satellite tracking. Core Lane Corridors

• I-29 Corridor: Grand Forks to Fargo, ND, and Sioux Falls, SD
• US-2 / US-81 Corridor: Grand Forks to Minot, ND, and Aberdeen, SD
• MN-11 / US-75 Corridor: Grand Forks to Thief River Falls and Moorhead, MN
• Periodic runs along I-94 West toward Bismarck and Glendive, MT

Compensation & Weekly Scale

Target weekly gross earnings are positioned to sit at a $1,750 ceiling based on 2,200 to 2,500 miles per week with a blend of per-mile and stop pay. You will receive a pay statement that is transparent, with no hidden deductions. Direct deposit is available, and weekly settlement occurs every Friday.

Pay Components

• $0.62 - $0.68 per mile based on verifiable experience
• $25 per stop for all shuttle and drop-and-hook events
• $150 weekly safety and on-time bonus (paid if no preventable incidents)
• Detention and layover paid at $20/hour after first 2 hours

Fleet Specifications

• 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 tractors
• All units under 18 months old, maintained in-house
• Automatic transmissions, 76-inch mid-roof sleepers
• Refrigerated and dry van trailers, mostly 53-foot with aerodynamic skirts
• Inverter (1500W), refrigerator, and dual bunk climate control
