THE POSITION
- Class A tractor-trailer operation, fully DOT compliant
- No-touch dry van freight – approximately 70% drop and hook
- Consistent delivery schedules with strong on-time performance expectations
- Accurate ELD logs, DVIRs and trip documentation maintained daily
- Thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections every shift
- Professional communication with dispatch and customers at all times
YOUR FIRST WEEKS ON THE JOB
New drivers are placed with a dedicated one-on-one trainer. You run real miles on real routes together for 3 to 5 weeks. You are evaluated throughout and go solo only when you are ready. Your paycheck runs from day one of training – not after.
Training includes:
- Tractor-trailer handling and road safety
- ELD and hours-of-service compliance
- Pre and post-trip inspection procedures
- Dispatch communication and company policies
PAY AND BENEFITS
- $1,200 to $1,500 per week via direct deposit
- Safety and performance bonuses

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL license
- 21 years of age or older
- 120 or more hours completed at an accredited CDL school
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
