Localized Corridors & Operations

This role focuses on regional routes within the Permian Basin, including key corridors such as Midland to Odessa, Carlsbad, Hobbs, and Fort Stockton. Drivers will haul essential freight for energy and industrial sectors, ensuring consistent miles and predictable home time. All runs are designed to maximize efficiency while keeping you close to the Midland area.

Late-Model Fleet

Our fleet features trucks under 18 months old, equipped with the latest technology including collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and automated transmissions. You will operate modern, well-maintained equipment to ensure safety and comfort on every trip.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
• Valid Class A CDL
• No more than 1 preventable accident in 2 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• Zero DUIs in 5 years
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be 21 years or older
