Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Sherwood Oaks

 

Cranberry Township, PA – Part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. or Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with every other weekend

 

Starting Pay: $16.74/hour - $20.00/hour; Depending on experience+ $250Sign-On Bonus

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA)provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Requirements for thePersonal Care Assistant (PCA):

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.
  • Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience preferred.
