Position Title: Clamp Truck Driver

Pay Rate: Starting rate is $23.50/hour After 90 Days/Job Qualification Review pay increases to $26.59/hour Sign-on and Retention Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months

Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time Monday-Friday / Some Saturdays 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)

Physical Location: St. Louis Container Plant 1201 North Highway Drive Fenton, Missouri 63026

The Job You Will Perform:

Locate and transport roll stock to the corrugator and perform other service functions to support corrugator operations. Load/unload rail cars/semi-trucks Report to the corrugator shift supervisor for the shift to which they are assigned Follow all safety rules and procedures Orienting/turning roll stock at the direction of the machine operator Maintaining organized in-process inventories Communicating line-ups to other shifts Conveying nonessential stock to alternate storage areas as needed Keeping the supervisor informed of any problems and/or unusual situations Maintaining work areas to plant standards of housekeeping Maintaining teamwork with corrugator machine crews and other associates Following prescribed practices in all circumstances Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor Cross training as needed

The Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• Forklift/roll clamp experience a plus, but will provide on job training • Stable work history • Excellent attendance • Positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work in a team environment

• Ability to perform the duties/responsibilities of the job with or without accommodations • Ability to read, write and speak English • Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler • Ability to use basic shop math • Ability to learn, follow instructions, ask questions and work effectively as a member of a team
