About the Role

We’re seeking a Provider Relations Analyst to support provider services, operations, and data processes within a managed care environment. This role acts as a key liaison between the organization and healthcare providers—ensuring strong relationships, resolving issues, and improving overall provider experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers via phone and email
  • Serve as a liaison to support claims resolution, education, and ongoing provider service
  • Assist providers with questions related to policies, processes, and systems
  • Support provider operations and data accuracy initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance provider satisfaction
  • Provide project coordination support including:
    • Tracking milestones and timelines
    • Coordinating cross-functional activities
    • Supporting documentation and status reporting
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and provider information

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 1+ year of managed care experience (contracts, products, etc.)
    OR
    3+ years of experience in a managed care environment with exposure to:
    • Claims
    • Pricing
    • Contracts
    • Regulatory/compliance
  • 1+ year of experience in a relationship-focused role demonstrating sound decision-making
  • Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
