Position: Claims Administrative Assistant
Location: Dallas, Texas
Hybrid (Working three days a week in the office and two days remote, after training is complete).
Duration: Contract-6months with possibility of extended contract

Job Overview:
The Claims Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the claims department by handling administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing and managing claims documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the claims system.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of claims.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration or insurance is a plus.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a claims or insurance environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
