Pay Rate: $40-$45 Hour W2 , Target Salary: $72 - $90KYR DOE 

Job Description:
Looking for a hands-on civil/structural engineering lead to help develop and go onsite to civil/structural engineering projects. This role acts as the eyes and ears of the engineering manager, who would go onsite to the structural projects. Act as a direct liaison with external customers for their structural projects, technical execution, and engineering support. Assist in analyzing structural plans, identify and resolve construction issues, review all design specifications/calculations, and remediate potential risks.

You would be interfacing with project managers, estimators, field crews, and design teams remotely as well as on-site for their projects in the USA. Travel required.

Required Skills:

• Engineering Lead within the Structural Engineer (SE) industry
• 3-5 years in industrial construction or structural steel
• Experience with steel erection engineering practices,
• AISC/OSHA guidelines
• Construction Logistics and planning
• AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and structural analysis tools
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or Construction Engineering

• Hyper-collaborative
• Contributes to the team
• Works very well remote or onsite with construction groups
• Detail oriented
• Works efficiently with technical accuracy and project deadlines
• Helps build efficiency and high-degree of integrity for the teams
• EIT or studying for their PE license
