Description

  • Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are archieved.
  • Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate projects activities within the Civil/Structural Engineering group while collaborating effectively with other engineering disciplines.
  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineering staff
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to ensure successful project execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Mid to senior level experience in civil and/or structural engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, design practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorties.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across engineerong disciplines and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
