Seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our Land Development team in Columbus, OH!
Design, develop, and review land development projects using Civil 3D, including site, grading, and utilities.
Review municipal ordinances, conduct site investigations, prepare concept drawings, and lead stormwater management design.
Design utility systems, perform earthwork and drainage calculations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with departments for complex utility and infrastructure projects.Provide cost estimates and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications include a civil/environmental engineering degree, 4+ years of land development experience, EIT certification, and strong Civil 3D skills.
