Civil Project Manager

Terry Roberts Site Work is searching for a Project Manager to join our 25+ year history of successful civil/site work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. Candidate will be responsible to manage several projects under the direction of the Senior Project Manager. This position is a full-time position working M-F in our office in St. Cloud, Fl.Responsibilities: Coordinates with vendors and employees for assigned projectsPerform project management tasks including cost analysis, draft change orders, subcontractor/vendor buydowns, and project schedulingDraft project estimates, quantity takeoffs, and current project schedulesCollaborates with other employees for material orders, equipment relocation, and other project logisticsPrepares reports for senior project manager regarding status of projectsProvides document management and cost tracking functions for projectsAdhere to all company, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations at all timesMeet or exceed company safety standardsPerform other job responsibilities as assigned by managementQualifications: 2 to 5 years experience in civil construction including earthwork, drainage, utilities, and pavingAbility to understand and interpret civil engineering design drawingsKnowledge of advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam/Planswift, and Microsoft ProjectsAbility to work independently, and to manage multiple projectsExcellent written/verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate engineering information clearly and conciselyAble to analyze information and drive initiativesSeniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Project Management and Information Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
