Description

  • Manages planning and execution of public infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, drainage, and municipal site developments
  • Oversees site operations to ensure work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and design standards
  • Coordinates with public agencies, engineers, inspectors, contractors, and utility companies
  • Manages project schedules, budgets, and change orders for publicly funded work
  • Ensures site safety, quality control, and environmental compliance throughout construction
  • Handles permitting, inspections, and documentation required for public sector projects

  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget for public-sector clients
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, including DOT, municipal, and environmental requirements
  • Effective leader with the ability to manage inspectors, contractors, engineers, and subcontractors on active job sites
  • Skilled in coordinating permitting, inspections, utility coordination, and public agency approvals
  • Strong background in construction scheduling, cost control, and change-order management
  • Committed to site safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
  • Clear communicator able to collaborate with stakeholders, public officials, and community representatives
